1 Acceptance of Terms Required

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vn8 platform available at vn8.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete the vn8 registration process or, where applicable, from the date these Terms & Conditions were last updated and you continued to use the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the vn8 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version. vn8 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the vn8 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and vn8 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between you and vn8.

1.2 Language

The vn8 platform and all customer communications, including these Terms & Conditions, are conducted in English. Bangladesh players are encouraged to read all documents carefully and contact [email protected] if any clarification is required before accepting these Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction 18+

Access to the vn8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vn8 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotional activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and third-party representatives are not permitted to register accounts on the vn8 platform.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from vn8 or from any other online gambling platform as part of a self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or gambling restriction list applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or agent of vn8 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of such a person.

2.1 Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the vn8 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. vn8 does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access vn8 from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of vn8 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must first complete the account registration process via the vn8 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. vn8 reserves the right to close any account and void any associated winnings where it is determined that false or incomplete information was provided at registration or during any subsequent verification process.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the vn8 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where vn8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and all balances — including any pending bonus funds or winnings — may be forfeited without notice.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

vn8 implements a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in the player's name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by vn8 support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vn8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. vn8 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments BDT

All financial transactions on the vn8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vn8 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method used and may be updated periodically.
• Deposits are generally credited to the player's vn8 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• vn8 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are the player's responsibility.
• Only payment methods registered in the player's own name may be used to deposit funds into a vn8 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the vn8 account. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• vn8 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• vn8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

The vn8 platform must not be used as a financial transfer service. Players who deposit funds without engaging in genuine betting activity and then request a withdrawal may have their withdrawal request declined and their account reviewed for suspicious activity. vn8 reserves the right to report any suspected financial irregularities to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vn8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms outlined in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific rule and this section, the promotion-specific rule shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) the required number of times using eligible games before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

5.2 Game Contributions

Not all games on the vn8 platform contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each qualifying bet. Live casino games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute a reduced percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on games that do not contribute to wagering requirements will not count towards clearing the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the player's account without notice.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

vn8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or participating in collusive bonus exploitation with other players. Players found to have abused the vn8 promotions system may have their accounts permanently closed.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

All players using the vn8 platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any software that interacts with the vn8 platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
• Colluding with other players in any game — particularly live poker, live casino games, or any multiplayer format
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or funding an account from payment instruments not registered in the player's own name
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting in connection with the vn8 sportsbook
• Attempting to launder money or use the vn8 platform for any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vn8 support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction to gain access to the vn8 platform

vn8 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, vn8 may take immediate action including account suspension, withdrawal holds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

vn8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their vn8 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a closure request. Upon closure, any real-money balance held in the account that is not subject to incomplete wagering requirements or ongoing investigations will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Appeals

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit an appeal in writing to [email protected]. vn8 will review all appeals fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. During the appeals process, the account will remain suspended pending the outcome of the review.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vn8 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vn8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, system outages, or third-party payment provider failures
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where vn8 has fulfilled its reasonable security obligations
• Interrupted access to the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond vn8's control
• Any decision or outcome of a game or betting market that is the result of a correctly functioning random number generator or live event outcome
• Any reliance placed on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the platform

8.1 Platform Availability

vn8 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or due to circumstances outside vn8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or acts of government authority. vn8 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which vn8 operates as an offshore platform. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms & Conditions if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
